Well, there is a development permit called BUILDING APPROVAL PERMIT that must be applied allied for, vetted, processed, and approved by the relevant government agencies before the commencement of the proposed building project. The first step to establishing ownership of land after acquisition and land clearance is by Fencing the actual portion/lot/plot being allocated/allotted.
