DOCUMENTS REQUIRED TO PROCESS BUILDING APPROVAL PERMIT

Are you thinking of undertaking a building construction project?

Well, there is a development permit called BUILDING APPROVAL PERMIT that must be applied allied for, vetted, processed, and approved by the relevant government agencies before the commencement of the proposed building project.

In applying for a Building Development Permit in Lagos State, the following documents must be presented by the project owner:

*Soil Test Report 
*Land Survey Document 
*Deed of Land Sale
*Architectural Drawings
*Structural Drawings (if the proposed development is above 2 floors)
*Electrical Drawings (If the proposed development is above 2 floors)
*LUPAR Report 
*Development Levy
*Tax Clearance Certificate
*Assessment Fee Receipt
*LASBCA Fee Receipt 
*Passport Photographs

 Upon the presentation of the above documents and vetting of the same, a Building Approval Permit will be issued for the proposed building construction project.
